This is the fourth and final
tarot cards I designed as an inspiration piece for the "Alpha Stamps Gypsy Fortune Teller Swap”. The base of
the card is made from a chipboard pennant which measures 4” x 6”. I dyed white feathers to match the color
scheme with Ranger Alcohol Ink.
On
the back, I added the explanation for the card.

Please tell me where did you get the Lanterns that are hanging are they part of a collage sheet or are they actually little lanterns.
