Masked Marie
I used false eyelashes to create the tufts on the owls head.
ohhhh fake eyelashes! Jenious! I never would have thought to use those in art and I have some...somewhere...oh heck I don't know I'm heading out to get some. Don't know what I'll use them on yet but I know I will.
